iHaveAnOpinion maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a platform where discourse is safe and free from illegal content involving minors.

Content Moderation & Prevention
To protect our community, we employ the following measures:
- Proactive Review: We use automated tools and manual review processes to identify and remove prohibited content.
- Account Termination: Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or engaging in the exploitation of children will have their account permanently banned.

Reporting Mechanisms
We empower our users to act as a line of defense:
- In-App Reporting: Every post and profile within the app includes a "Report" feature. Users can specifically select "Child Safety" as a reason for the report to ensure it is prioritized for immediate review.
- Response Time: Reported content related to child safety is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

Legal Compliance and Reporting
We comply with all regional and international child safety laws:
- Authority Notification: In accordance with federal law, we report all identified instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.
- Data Preservation: We preserve relevant data to assist authorities in their investigations as required by law.
